Morel – Fiesch Line is a 380kV overhead line with a length of 30km from Morel, Valais, Switzerland, to Fiesch, Valais, Switzerland.

The project, which is currently under construction, is expected to be commissioned in 2021.

Description

Morel – Fiesch Line is an overhead line that will be operated by Swissgrid. The line will carry alternating current (AC) through double circuit cable.

The development of the Morel – Fiesch Line project has been approved by the Swiss Federal Office of Energy (SFOE).
