Mylavaram II Substation is a 400kV substation located in Mylavaram, Andhra Pradesh, India.

Description

Mylavaram II Substation project, which is an upgrade substation, will be operated by Transmission Corporation of Andhra Pradesh.

The designed voltage level of the substation is 400/220kV and the operating voltage level is 400/220kV.

The step-in voltage of the project is 400kV and the step-out voltage is 220kV. Upon completion, the substation will have a capacity of 945MVA.

Mylavaram II Substation project development status

The development of the Mylavaram II Substation project was approved by Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission. The project is expected to be commissioned in 2021.
