Description
The project is currently owned by Siberian Generating.
It is a steam turbine with cogen power plant. The fuel is procured from Borodinsky and Nazarovsky open-pit mines.
The project generated 3,560,000MWh of electricity.

The project construction commenced in 1955 and subsequently entered into commercial operation in November 1961.
Contractors Involved
The Coal fired project have been supplied by Electrosila and Ukrainian Energy Machines.
The electric generators for the project were procured from Electrosila, Electrotyazhmash and Ukrainian Energy Machines.
Podolsk Machine-Building Plant ZIO supplied steam boiler for the project.
