Description

The New Haven North Substation project is an upgrade substation being operated by Transmission Company Of Nigeria.

The designed voltage level of the project is 330/132/33kV, while the operating voltage level is 330/132/33kV. The step-in voltage of the substation is 330kV and the step-out voltage is 33kV. The substation capacity is 150MVA.

New Haven North Substation has received approval from Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission to undertake the works on the project. Approximately $10.78m was financed by the authorities for the construction works of the project.
