The project is developed and owned by NOP Agrowind.

The project generates 596,000MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 190,000 households, offsetting 327,800t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is $574.951m.

Power Purchase Agreement

The power generated from the project is sold to Eneco Holding under a power purchase agreement for a period of 15 years from 2015. The contracted capacity is 195MW.

Contractors Involved

Enercon was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 26 units of E-126 turbines, each with 7.5MW nameplate capacity.

OutSmart Power Systems is the O&M contractor for the wind power project.
