Power Plant stood at first place when compared with other power tender categories in the North America region in Q1 2021 with 66 contracts and a 32.2% share, followed by Electricity Procurement with 59 contracts and a 28.8% share and Generation Equipment with 42 contracts and a 20.5% share during the quarter.
The proportion of contracts by category tracked by GlobalData in the quarter was as follows:
- Power Purchase Agreement: 53 contracts and an 89.8% share
- Electricity Supply: six contracts and a 10.2% share.
