The top issuers of contracts for the month in terms of power capacity involved in North America were:

  1. Innergex Renewable Energy (Canada): 265MW from one contract
  2. Basin Electric Power Coop (United States) and The Dow Chemical (United States): 150MW from one contract
  3. Monterey Bay Community Power (United States): 120MW capacity from one contract.
