The proportion of solar technology contracts by category tracked by GlobalData in the month was as follows:

  1. Project Implementation with 25 contracts and a 71.4% share
  2. Power Purchase Agreement: six contracts and a 17.1% share
  3. Supply & Erection: four contracts and an 11.4% share.

The US tops North America solar power contracts activity

The US was the top country in the North America region for solar technology contracts recorded in March 2020 with 31 contracts and an 88.6% share, followed by Mexico with three contracts and an 8.6% share and Canada with one contract and a 2.9% share.
