  1. Project Implementation with 43 tenders and a 64.2% share
  2. Power Purchase Agreement: 12 tenders and a 17.9% share

The US was the top country in the North America region for solar technology tenders recorded in Q2 2021 with 43 tenders and a 64.2% share, followed by Canada with 24 tenders and a 35.8% share.

North America solar technology tenders in Q2 2021: Top issuers by capacity

The top issuers of tenders for the quarter in terms of power capacity involved in North America were:

  1. Dominion Energy (United States): 1,277MW from three tenders
  2. PNM (United States): 700MW from two tenders
  3. Southwestern Electric Power Company (Swepco ) (United States) and Entergy Arkansas (United States): 300MW capacity from one tender.
