Northern Shanxi – Jiangsu HVDC Line is an 800kV overhead line with a length of 1119km from Shanxi, Shanxi, China, to Jiangsu, Jiangsu, China.
Construction works on the Northern Shanxi – Jiangsu HVDC Line started in 2015 and the project was commissioned in 2017.
The Northern Shanxi – Jiangsu HVDC Line, which is an overhead line, is being operated by State Grid Corporation of China. The Northern Shanxi – Jiangsu HVDC Line is a new line. The line carries direct current (AC) through double circuit cable.

The development of the Northern Shanxi – Jiangsu HVDC Line project was approved by The State Electricity Regulatory Commission in 2015 and the project works were completed in 2017.
