Description
The project is currently owned by Siberian Energy with a stake of 100%.
It is a steam turbine with cogen power plant. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is brown coal. In case of shortage of brown coal the plant can also run on Furnace Oil. The fuel is procured from Kuznetsk Coal mines.
