Obersielach Substation is a 380kV substation located in Obersielach, Obersielach, Austria.

Description

Obersielach Substation project, which is an upgrade substation, will be operated by Austrian Power Grid.

The designed voltage level of the substation is 380/220kV and the operating voltage level is 380/220kV.

The step-in voltage of the project is 380kV and the step-out voltage is 220kV. Upon completion, the substation will have a capacity of 550MVA.

Obersielach Substation project development status

The development of the Obersielach Substation project was approved by Energie Control Austria in 2019. The project is expected to be commissioned in 2021.
