Power Purchase Agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to Kyushu Electric Power under a power purchase agreement. The power is sold at the rate of $0.37kWh for a period of 20 years.
Contractors Involved
Kyudenko and Obayashi Road were selected to render EPC services for the solar PV power project.
Canadian Solar was selected as the supplier of the PV modules for the project. The company installed 160,308 modules at the site.
The inverters were procured from Toshiba Mitsubishi-Electric Industrial Systems for the project.
