Description

The project was developed by Cypress Creek Renewables and TradeWind Energy. The project is currently owned by Cubico Sustainable Investments.

Palmetto Plains Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 600 acres.

The project generates 174,369MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 15,000 households. The project cost is $90m.

The power generated from the project is sold to Dominion Energy South Carolina under a power purchase agreement with a contracted capacity is 74.97MW.

Contractors Involved

Cypress Creek Renewables was selected to render EPC services for the solar PV power project.

JA Solar was selected as the supplier of the PV modules for the project. The company supplied modules with rated capacity of 320W.

The inverters were procured from Eaton for the project.
