The project was developed by SINOHYDRO Bureau 5 and is currently owned by State Grid Xinyuan.
Panjiakou is a pumped storage project. The hydro reservoir capacity is 2,930 million cubic meter. The project generated 570 GWh of electricity.

Contractors Involved
