Parana Substation is a 500/132kV substation located in Parana, Entre Rios, Entre Rios, Argentina. The construction works on Parana Substation began in 2014. The project was commissioned in 2015.

Description

The Parana Substation project is a new substation being operated by Compania de Transporte de Energia Electrica en Alta Tension Transener.

The designed voltage level of the project is 500/132kV, while the operating voltage level is 500/132kV. The step-in voltage of the substation is 500kV and the step-out voltage is 132kV. The substation capacity is 600MVA.

Parana Substation has received approval from National Entity of Electricity to undertake the works on the project.
