Description
The project is currently owned by Inter RAO UES with a stake of 100%.
It is a Steam Turbine with Cogen power plant. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is natural gas. In case of shortage of natural gas the plant can also run on Fuel Oil. The fuel is procured from LLC Gazprom Mezhregiongas Ukhta, CJSC Russian Gas Company, OJSC NOVATEK.
The project generated 3,635,210MWh of electricity.

Leningradsky Metallichesky Zavod was selected as the turbine supplier for the Gas fired project. The company supplied K-210-130-3, K-215-130-1 model steam turbines for the project.
Kharkov Electrotyazhmash Factory supplied TGV-200 M, TGV-200 2M electric generator for the project.
Taganrog Boiler-Making Works Krasny Kotelshchik supplied steam boiler for the project.
