Persian Gulf Special Zone power plant, Iran

The Persian Gulf Special Zone power plant is 1,000MW gas fired power project. It is planned in Hormozgan, Iran. The project is currently in permitting stage. It will be developed in single phase. Post completion of the construction, the project is expected to get commissioned in 2024.

Description

The project is currently owned by Persian Gulf Mining and Metal Industries Special Economic Zone.

It is a combined cycle gas turbine (ccgt) power plant.

The project cost is expected to be around $710.4m.

Development Status

Post completion of the construction, the project is expected to get commissioned in 2024.
