Description
Southwestern Electric Power, Northeast Texas Electric Cooperative and Oklahoma Municipal Power Authority are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 85.94%, 11.72% and 2.34% respectively.
It is a Steam Turbine power plant. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is lignite. In case of shortage of lignite the plant can also run on Subbituminous.
The project generated 4,601,840MWh of electricity.
