Description

The project was developed by Compania Eolica Aragonesa. The project is co-owned by EDP Renovaveis and Macquarie European Infrastructure Fund, with their respective ownership stake of 50% each.

The project generates 84,295MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 14,340 households.

Development Status

The project is currently active. The project got commissioned in February 1999.

Contractors Involved

Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 54 units of G47-660 kW turbines, each with 0.66MW nameplate capacity.

Global Energy Services is the O&M contractor for the wind power project.
