Pleasants Power Station is a 1,300MW coal fired power project. It is located in West Virginia, the US. The project is currently active. It has been developed in multiple phases. Post completion of construction, the project got commissioned in April 1979.

Energy Harbor and Mon Power are currently owning the project.
It is a steam turbine power plant. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is bituminous. In case of shortage of bituminous the plant can also run on Natural Gas. The fuel is procured from Hope Gas, Inc.
The project generated 7,021,328MWh of electricity.
The project got commissioned in April 1979.
Pleasants Power Station (Pleasants Power Station Unit I) is equipped with Allis-Chalmers Power Systems turbines.
Allis-Chalmers Power Systems supplied electric generator for the Pleasants Power Station (Pleasants Power Station Unit I).
Amec Foster Wheeler supplied steam boiler for the project.
