Gas was the top category in thermal technology in terms of number of contracts for the month, accounting for 17 contracts and an 81% share, followed by Oil with three contracts and a 14.3% share. Coal stood in third place with one contract and a 4.8% share.

Comparing contracts activity in thermal technology in different regions of the globe, Asia-Pacific held the top position with seven contracts and a share of 33.3% during June 2020, followed by North America with six contracts and a 28.6% share and Middle East and Africa with four contracts and a 19% share.

In fourth place was Europe with three contracts and a 14.3% share and in fifth place was South and Central America with one contract and a 4.8% share.
