Looking at global power contracts activity divided by the type of technology, solar held the second position in terms of number of contracts during October 2019 with a 35% share.
The proportion of contracts by category in the Solar technology tracked by GlobalData in the month was as follows:
- Project Implementation: 60 contracts and a 57.1% share
- Power Purchase Agreement: 31 contracts and a 29.5% share
- Supply & Erection: 13 contracts and a 12.4% share
- Electricity Supply: one contract and a 1% share.
Europe leads solar contracts activity in October 2019
