The power generated from the A’Chruach (A’Chruach Phase IA) will be sold to Axpo Solutions under a power purchase agreement for a period of 15 years from 2016. The offtake capacity is expected to be 24.6MW.

The power generated from the A’Chruach (A’Chruach Phase IB) will be sold to Axpo Solutions under a power purchase agreement for a period of 15 years from 2016. The offtake capacity is expected to be 18MW.

Contractors involved

A’Chruach (A’Chruach Phase IA) will be equipped with Senvion MM92 turbines. The phase consists of 12 turbines with 2.05MW nameplate capacity.

A’Chruach (A’Chruach Phase IB) will be equipped with Senvion MM100 turbines. The phase consists of 9 turbines with 2MW nameplate capacity.

Senvion is expected to perform operations and maintenance for the A’Chruach (A’Chruach Phase IA). The operation and maintenance contract tenure will likely be commencing from 2016, for a period of 5 years.
