Description
The project is being developed by Emergy, WindVision Belgium and WV International. The project is co-owned by Emergy and WV International, with their respective ownership stake of 50% each.
The electricitiy generated from the plant will offset 245,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.
The project will have 105m high towers.
Development status
Post completion of the construction, the project is expected to get commissioned in 2025.
Contractors involved
Vestas Wind Systems will be the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company is expected to provide 40 units of V150-4.2 MW turbines, each with 4.2MW nameplate capacity.
