RusHydro and Others are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 94.51% and 5.49% respectively.

It is a Steam Turbine with Cogen power plant. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is coal. In case of shortage of coal the plant can also run on Gas.
