The project is expected to supply enough clean energy to power 40,000 households, to offset 132,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.

The project construction is expected to commence from 2021. Subsequent to that it will enter into commercial operation by 2024.

Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy will be the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company is expected to provide 10 units of SG 5.0-145 turbines, each with 5MW nameplate capacity.
