Description
The project was developed by RWE Renewables. RWE Renewables, Energy Infrastructure Partners and Equinor are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 50%, 25% and 25% respectively.
The wind turbines in the project are installed on fixed foundations. An array of monopile foundations feature in the project.
The project generates 1,627,257.6MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 400,000 households, offsetting 1,200,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.
The turbines installed on the project are using Tubular Steel towers.

The project is currently active. The project construction commenced in 2017 and subsequently entered into commercial operation in December 2018.
Power purchase agreement
The power generated from the project is sold to Engie Deutschland under a power purchase agreement for a period of 4 years. The contracted capacity is 387MW.

Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy was selected to render engineering procurement construction services for the wind power project.
Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 60 units of SWT-6.0-154 turbines, each with 6.45MW nameplate capacity.
RWE Renewables and Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy were contracted to render operations & maintenance services for the project.
