The project is developed and owned by Kenergreen SAPI de CV.

Bacabachi Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 588.6 hectares.

The project generates 435,354.48MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 214,000 households. The project cost is $363.897m.

2,114 inverters have been installed at the project site.

Grupo Ortiz was selected to render engineering procurement construction services for the solar PV power project.

Grupo Ortiz is the O&M contractor for the solar PV power project for a period of 20 years.
