Description

The project is developed and owned by Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand. The company has a stake of 100%.

It is a CCGT with Cogen power plant. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is natural gas. In case of shortage of natural gas the plant can also run on Diesel Oil. The fuel is procured from Gulf of Thailand.

Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT) is a state-owned power utility. It generates, procures, transmits and distributes electricity. The authority produces energy using hydro, coal, natural gas, geothermal, wind, solar, diesel, fuel oil and palm oil, among others.
