Description
The project was developed by EmberClear. Ares EIF Management V, Tokyo Gas America, Sojitz and Kyuden International are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 33.33%, 33.33%, 22.2% and 11.1% respectively.
It is a Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power plant. The fuel is procured from Birdsboro Pipeline.
The project cost is $500m.
