Description

The project was developed by Ingenieria Avanzada Solar and is currently owned by Balam Fund.

Camargo Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 90 hectares.

The project generates 83,000MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 20,706 households, offsetting 53,049t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.

The project got commissioned in May 2017.

Contractors involved

Grupo Gransolar was selected to render engineering procurement construction services for the solar PV power project.

JinkoSolar Holding was selected as the supplier of the PV modules for the project. The company provided 113,000 modules each with 315W of nameplate capacity.

Ingeteam Corporacion supplied its 1165 TL inverters to the project site.

The project is utilising single axis trackers supplied by PVHardware.

Grupo Gransolar is the O&M contractor for the solar PV power project, commencing from the year 2017.
