The project was developed by Solairedirect Generacion II. Engie and Others are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 59.99% and 40.01% respectively.
Capricornio Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 180 hectares.

The project consists of 249,210 modules.

Global Energy Services Siemsa was selected to render engineering procurement construction services for the solar PV power project.
