Guodian Changzhou Power Generation, China Resources Power Holdings, Jiangsu Guoxin Investment Group and Changzhou Investment Group are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 51%, 25%, 20% and 4% respectively.

It is a Steam Turbine power plant that is used for Baseload.
