Description
The project is currently owned by T Plus Group with a stake of 100%.
It is a Steam Turbine with Cogen power plant. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is natural gas. In case of shortage of natural gas the plant can also run on Fuel Oil. The fuel is procured from Gazprom and NOVATEK.

Cheboksary CHPP-2 (Cheboksary CHPP-2 Unit II) is equipped with Leningradsky Metallichesky Zavod PT-80-130 steam turbine. The phase consists of 1 steam turbine with 80MW nameplate capacity.
Cheboksary CHPP-2 (Cheboksary CHPP-2 Unit III) is equipped with Ural Turbine Works PT-135-130 steam turbine. The phase consists of 1 steam turbine with 135MW nameplate capacity.
Cheboksary CHPP-2 (Cheboksary CHPP-2 Unit IV) is equipped with Ural Turbine Works T-110-130 steam turbine. The phase consists of 1 steam turbine with 110MW nameplate capacity.

NPO Elsib supplied TVF-120-2UZ electric generator for the Cheboksary CHPP-2 (Cheboksary CHPP-2 Unit II).
Power Machines supplied TVV-165-2UZ electric generator for the Cheboksary CHPP-2 (Cheboksary CHPP-2 Unit III).
NPO Elsib supplied TVF-110-2EUZ electric generator for the Cheboksary CHPP-2 (Cheboksary CHPP-2 Unit IV).
Taganrog Boiler-Making Works Krasny Kotelshchik supplied steam boiler for the project.
