China Energy Investment, Yunnan Dianneng (Group) Holding, Yunnan Investment Holding Group and Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture Development Investment Group are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 35.06%, 26.32%, 20.62% and 18% respectively.
