The project was developed by Clover Creek Solar. Hannon Armstrong Sustainable Infrastructure Capital, Alberta Investment Management and The AES are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 49%, 25.5% and 25.5% respectively.

Clover Creek Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 560 acres.

The project supplies enough clean energy to power 25,532 households.

Development status

The project construction commenced in 2021 and subsequently entered into commercial operation in December 2021.

Power purchase agreement

The power generated from the project is sold to Utah Municipal Power Agency under a power purchase agreement for a period of 25 years from 2021. The contracted capacity is 80MW.
