Description
The project is currently owned by Orlando Utilities Commission.
It is a Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle (IGCC) power plant. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is natural gas. In case of shortage of natural gas the plant can also run on Distillate Fuel Oil. The fuel is procured from Florida Gas Trasmission Pipeline.
The project cost is $422.434m.
