Description

The project is being developed by Solvay and Veolia Environmental Services. DIF Capital Partners, Solvay and Veolia Environnement are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 80%, 10% and 10% respectively.

The electricitiy generated from the plant will offset 240,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.

Dombasle-Sur-Meurthe Waste To Energy Project is a combined heat and power (CHP) project. Refuse which is a kind of municipal solid waste will be used as a feedstock to power the project.

The project consists of 1 turbine with 17.5MW nameplate capacity.

Development status

Post completion of the construction, the project is expected to get commissioned in 2024.
