Description
The project is currently owned by Corporacion Electrica Nacional with a stake of 100%.
It is a Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power plant. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is natural gas. In case of shortage of natural gas the plant can also run on Fuel Oil.
The project generated 374,470MWh of electricity. The project cost is $1,145m.

China CAMC Engineering was selected to render engineering procurement construction services for the gas fired power project.
The Gas fired project have been supplied by Hangzhou Steam Turbine Power Group and Siemens.
