Dukovany 2 is a Generation II nuclear reactor developed by Skoda Praha, the main contractor for the project.

The material used for the construction of the vessel is Alloyed Steel (15Ch2MFA; 2,5%Cr0.6°Mo0,25%V). The civil works were carried out by Stavos Brno.
