Description
The project is being developed by Avikiran Energy India and is currently owned by Enel Green Power India with a stake of 100%.
The project is expected to generate 700,000MWh electricity to offset 551,568t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year. The project cost is expected to be around $196.373m.
Development status
The project construction is expected to commence from 2020. Subsequent to that it will enter into commercial operation by 2023.
Power purchase agreement
Chhattisgarh State Power Distribution and Government Of Puducherry are expected to be the power offtakers from the project.
