Description

The project was developed by AQ Volta Renewables, Aurinka Photovoltaic Group and STEAG Solar Energy Solutions (Iberica) SLU. The project is currently owned by AQ Volta Renewables with a stake of 100%.

EGA Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 69 hectares.

The project generates 60,000MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 15,877 households, offsetting 28,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.

The project consists of 73,164 modules, each with 410W nameplate capacity.

1 inverters have been installed at the project site.

8 inverters have been installed at the project site.

The project construction commenced in 2020 and subsequently entered into commercial operation in January 2022.

Contractors involved

Aurinka Photovoltaic Group and STEAG Solar Energy Solutions (Iberica) SLU were selected to render engineering procurement construction services for the solar PV power project.
