Description

The project was developed by Wpd. The project is co-owned by EnBW Energie Baden-Wurttemberg and Others, with their respective ownership stake of 50% each.

The wind turbines in the project are installed on fixed foundations. An array of monopile foundations feature in the project.

The project generates 185,000MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 50,000 households, offsetting 167,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.

Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy was selected as the turbine supplier for the wind power project. The company provided 21 units of SWT-2.3-93 turbines, each with 2.3MW nameplate capacity.
