The project was developed by ABO Wind NI and ERG UK Holding. The project is currently owned by ERG UK Holding with a stake of 100%.

The project generates 140,000MWh electricity and supplies enough clean energy to power 21,000 households, offsetting 63,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.

The project has 72.5m high towers.

Vestas Wind Systems is the O&M contractor for the wind power project. The operation and maintenance contract commenced from 2021, for a period of 10 years.
