The project is being developed by CJR Renewables SGPS. SC EDP Renewables Romania and Renovatio Trading are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 85% and 15% respectively.

Afaplan - Planeamento e Gestao de Projectos is expected to render engineering procurement construction services for the Facaeni Wind Farm (Facaeni I).

Facaeni Wind Farm (Facaeni I) will be equipped with Vestas Wind Systems V112-3.0 MW turbines. The phase consists of 44 turbines with 3MW nameplate capacity.

Facaeni Wind Farm (Facaeni II) will be equipped with Vestas Wind Systems V112 3.0 MW turbines. The phase consists of 24 turbines with 3MW nameplate capacity.
