Description

Colbun and Abu Dhabi Investment Authority are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 51% and 36% respectively.

It is a Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power plant. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is natural gas. In case of shortage of natural gas the plant can also run on Diesel.

The project generated 4,112,779.14MWh of electricity.

The project got commissioned in April 2014.
