Description

Arizona Public Service, Navajo Transitional Energy, PNM Resources, Salt River Project Agricultural Improvement And Power District and Tucson Electric Power are currently owning the project.

It is a Steam Turbine power plant that is used for Baseload. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is subbituminous. In case of shortage of subbituminous the plant can also run on Natural Gas. The fuel is procured from Navajo Mine.

The project generated 7,508,845MWh of electricity.
