Description

Calpine and Rayburn Country Electric Cooperative are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 75% and 25% respectively.

It is a Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power plant. The fuel is procured from Freestone Pipeline.

The project generated 3,636,232MWh of electricity.
