Description
The project was developed by Pingtan Offshore Wind Power. Datang International Power Generation and Pingtan Communications Investment Group are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 80% and 20% respectively.
The wind turbines in the project are installed on fixed foundations. An array of high pile cap foundations feature in the project.
The project generates 774,000MWh electricity thereby offsetting 540,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.
